# Vox Front AI

> Vox Front AI is a built-for-you AI phone receptionist for service businesses. It answers every inbound call 24/7, books, reschedules and cancels appointments directly in the business's calendar, answers questions from the business's own uploaded FAQ and policy documents, escalates anything it should not handle to a human, and logs a transcript and summary of every call. It is not self-serve software: Vox Front configures and deploys the agent for each business over a setup call, and it runs on the business's existing phone number.

Vox Front AI is built for practices and trades that lose revenue to missed calls: dental and medical practices, law firms, HVAC and plumbing, salons and spas, auto repair shops, and tree removal services. It is sold as a one-time setup fee plus a month-to-month plan with included call minutes; there is no signup flow, so every page funnels to booking a demo or requesting setup.
